Cancellation Steps

Go directly to Zoho CRM cancellation page
  1. Sign in to Zoho CRM as an administrator

    Visit zoho.com/crm and log in with your credentials. You must have administrator access to manage billing.

    Click the settings icon in the top right corner, then select 'Billing' from the menu.
