Cancellation Steps

Go directly to Zettle cancellation page
  1. Sign in to Zettle

    Go to my.zettle.com and log in with your email and password.

  2. Go to Settings

    Click your profile icon and select Settings, then scroll to Account.

  3. Withdraw your balance

    Go to Payouts and transfer any remaining funds to your bank account.

  4. Close your account

    Click Close Account and confirm. You'll receive a confirmation email shortly.
