Go directly to Whereby Pro cancellation page

  1. Sign in to Whereby

    Go to whereby.com and log in with your account credentials.

  2. Go to Account Settings

    Click your account icon in the top-right corner and select Settings.

  3. Open Billing section

    Click Billing or Plan from the sidebar menu to view your subscription details.

  4. Confirm downgrade

    Click Cancel Plan or Downgrade, select Whereby Free, and confirm your choice.
