    Launch Wag! on iOS or Android and log in with your email and password.

  2. Go to Account settings

    Tap the menu icon in the bottom right, then select 'Account' or 'Settings'.

  3. Find your Premium subscription

    Look for 'Wag! Premium' or 'Membership' and tap to view your subscription status.

  4. Confirm cancellation

    Select 'Cancel Membership', skip any offers, and tap 'Confirm'. You'll receive a confirmation email.
