Cancellation Steps

Go directly to Volta Charging cancellation page

  1. Open Volta Charging app and sign in

    Launch the app and log in with your email and password.

  2. Go to account settings

    Tap your profile icon at the bottom right, then select Settings.

  3. Download your charging history

    Find 'Download Charging History' or 'Export Data' to save your records.

  4. Delete your account

    Scroll down, tap 'Delete Account', confirm your password, and complete deletion.

  • Your RFID card will be automatically deactivated and stop working at all charging stations.
