Go directly to Tractive GPS cancellation page

  1. Sign in to your Tractive account

    Visit my.tractive.com and log in with your email and password.

  2. Go to Subscription settings

    Click 'Subscription' or 'Plan' in your account menu to view your renewal date.

  3. Click 'Cancel Subscription'

    Find and click the cancel button. Dismiss any retention offers and proceed.

  4. Confirm cancellation
