Cancellation Steps

Go directly to Tide cancellation page

  1. Sign in to the Tide app

    Launch the Tide mobile app and log in with your email address and password.

  2. Go to Settings and select Close Account

    Tap the menu icon, select Settings, then scroll to find the Close Account option.

  3. Transfer your balance to another bank account

    Go to Payments and transfer all funds out. Your account balance must be zero to close.

  4. Cancel all direct debits and recurring payments

    Cancel each active direct debit and standing order in the Payments section before confirming closure.
