    Visit me.sumup.com and log in with your email and password.

  2. Go to Account Settings

    Click your profile icon in the top right and select 'Settings' from the menu.

    Review your Payouts section to ensure all transactions have settled before closing.

  4. Click 'Close Account' and confirm

    Click the close account button and confirm closure. You'll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
