Go directly to Pod Point cancellation page
  1. Sign in to Pod Point

    Go to pod-point.com or open the Pod Point app and log in with your email and password.

  2. Go to Account Settings

    Click your profile icon (top right on website) or tap the menu icon (app), then select 'Account' or 'Account Settings'.

  3. Check your billing balance

    Review the Billing section and resolve any outstanding charges before proceeding with deletion.

  4. Delete your account

    Scroll to the bottom and click 'Delete Account', then confirm. Check your email for confirmation within 10 minutes.
