Cancellation Steps
Go directly to Loom Business cancellation pageSign in to Loom
Go to loom.com and log in with your account credentials. Only workspace administrators can cancel.
Go to Billing settings
Click your profile icon in the top right, select Settings, then click Billing from the left menu.
Click Cancel Plan
Find the red Cancel button on your billing page and click it to start the cancellation process.
Confirm cancellation
Click Confirm Cancellation. Your downgrade to the free tier takes effect on your renewal date.
