Cancellation Steps

Go directly to Google Workspace cancellation page

  1. Sign in to Google Admin Console

    Visit admin.google.com and log in with your Super Admin or billing administrator account.

  2. Navigate to Billing

    Click 'Billing' in the left menu to view your active Google Workspace subscriptions.

  3. Select your subscription

    Click the three-dot menu next to your plan and select 'Cancel subscription'.

  4. Confirm cancellation

    Confirm in the popup. Access ceases at the end of your billing cycle. Export data immediately via Google Takeout.

  • Export all data via Google Takeout before the 20-day grace period ends or lose emails, Drive files, and contacts permanently.
  • Transfer your custom domain to another email provider before cancellation or incoming mail will fail.
