Cancellation Steps
Go directly to FloDesk cancellation pageSign in to FloDesk
Go to app.flodesk.com and log in with your email address and password.
Go to Account Settings
Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner and select 'Account' from the dropdown menu.
Click the Billing tab
In Account Settings, select 'Billing' to view your subscription and renewal date.
Click Cancel Subscription
Scroll down and click 'Cancel Plan', then confirm your cancellation on the next screen.
Tips & Things to Know
- Export your subscriber list before cancelling via Audience settings - this data cannot be recovered after cancellation.
- All scheduled emails stop sending immediately upon cancellation, even if due before your billing cycle ends.
- FloDesk has no pause option, so consider Mailchimp's free plan if you need temporary relief.

- Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for new online subscriptions.
- FloDesk must not make cancellation harder than sign-up, per the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.
