Cancellation Steps

Go directly to ClassDojo cancellation page

  1. Sign in to ClassDojo

    Go to classdojo.com or open the app and log in with your parent account credentials.

  2. Go to Settings

    Tap the menu icon (three lines) in the bottom right corner and select Settings.

  3. Find Account settings

    In Settings, locate and tap the Account section to access account management options.

  4. Delete Account and confirm

    Scroll to Delete Account, tap it, then confirm deletion. Your account is removed within a few days.

Tips & Things to Know

  • Download or screenshot portfolio photos and videos before deleting, as all content is permanently removed.
  • If you only want to leave one teacher's class, use 'Leave Class' instead of deleting your entire account.
  • ClassDojo Plus (paid subscription) must be cancelled separately if you have it - check your payment settings first.
