Cancellation Steps

Go directly to Calendly Teams cancellation page

  1. Sign in as an admin

    Visit calendly.com and log in with your admin account credentials.

  2. Go to Billing settings

    Click your profile icon, select Settings, then click Billing from the left sidebar.

  3. Click Downgrade or Change Plan

    Find the button next to your current Calendly Teams plan and click it.

  4. Select free plan and confirm

    Choose the free plan option and click Confirm Downgrade. Changes take effect immediately.
