How to Cancel Bolt

Cancellation Steps

Go directly to Bolt cancellation page
  1. Open Bolt and sign in

    Launch the Bolt app and log in with your account credentials.

  2. Go to Settings > Account

    Tap the menu icon at the bottom right, then select Settings and Account.

  3. Tap Delete Account

    Scroll to the bottom of the Account section and tap 'Delete Account'.

  4. Confirm deletion

    Read the warning and tap 'Confirm'. Full deletion takes 24-48 hours to complete.

  • Settle any outstanding ride payments before deleting, as you won't access your account during deletion.
  • Deleting Bolt also removes your Bolt Food account - contact support if you want to keep just one.
