    Go to smarty.co.uk and sign into your dashboard.

  2. Navigate to plan settings

    Find the option to manage or cancel your plan in account settings.

  3. Request PAC or cancel

    Text PAC to 65075 to port your number, or cancel directly through the dashboard.
