How to Cancel EE Mobile

Cancellation Steps

Go directly to EE Mobile cancellation page

  1. Request your PAC or STAC code

    Text PAC to 65075 to keep your number, or STAC to 75075 to cancel without keeping it.

  2. Receive your code

    EE will text you the code within one working day. The code is valid for 30 days.

  3. Give the code to your new provider

    If switching, give the PAC code to your new network. They handle the rest.

  4. Or confirm cancellation

    If using STAC, your contract ends once the notice period completes.

  • If you are in contract, you will owe early termination fees for remaining months.
