Cancellation Steps

Go directly to Carousell Protection cancellation page

  1. Sign in to Carousell

    Open carousell.com and log in with your registered email address or phone number.

  2. Go to Account Settings

    Click your profile icon in the top right, then select Settings and Account.

  3. Click Delete Account

    Scroll to the bottom of Account Settings and click the Delete Account option.

  4. Confirm deletion

    Enter your password if prompted and click Confirm Deletion. Your account is immediately deleted.
