Cancellation Steps
Go directly to Calm Business cancellation pageSign in to Calm Business Admin
Go to business.calm.com and log in with your Business Admin account credentials.
Go to Billing or Subscription Settings
Click 'Billing' or 'Subscription' in the left navigation to view your plan and renewal date.
Download team reports first
Export all wellness data from 'Reports' as CSV or PDF before cancelling, as it will be permanently deleted.
Click Cancel Plan
Select 'Cancel Plan' at the bottom of your Subscription page and confirm the cancellation when prompted.
