Call Cadw on 03000 252239 or email cadw@gov.wales.
Request cancellation
Provide your membership number and request cancellation of your membership and any direct debit.
Cancel your direct debit
Contact your bank to cancel the direct debit as a backup. Cadw should also cancel it on their end.
Receive confirmation
Ask for written confirmation that your membership has been cancelled.

- Your membership card should be returned or destroyed after cancellation.
- Cancel your direct debit with your bank as well as notifying Cadw.
- Memberships are non-transferable.
