Cancellation Steps

Go directly to Backblaze B2 cancellation page

  1. Sign in to Backblaze B2

    Go to backblaze.com and log in with your email and password.

  2. Download all files you need to keep

    Use the B2 interface to download every file before deletion, as deleted data cannot be recovered.

  3. Delete all buckets and contents

    Go to Buckets, select each bucket, delete all files, then delete the empty bucket.

  4. Contact support to close your account

    Email support at backblaze.com/help with your account email to request complete account deletion.
