Cancellation Steps

Go directly to Mural cancellation page

  1. Sign in to Mural

    Go to mural.co and log in with your workspace email and password.

  2. Go to Billing settings

    Click your workspace name, select Settings, then click the Billing tab.

  3. Select Downgrade or Change Plan

    Find the Downgrade button and choose the Free plan from the available options.

  4. Confirm downgrade

    Click Confirm Downgrade. You'll receive a confirmation email and paid features stop immediately.
