Go directly to Loom cancellation pageLog in to Loom
Go to loom.com and sign in.
Go to Settings > Billing
Click your workspace name, then Settings, then Billing & plan.
Click "Downgrade"
Select the free Starter plan.
Confirm
Your workspace downgrades at the end of the billing period.
