Cancellation Steps

Go directly to Loom cancellation page
  1. Sign in as workspace admin

    Go to loom.com and log in. Only workspace admins can modify billing settings.

  2. Navigate to Settings then Billing

    Click your workspace name (bottom left) and select Settings, then Billing.

  3. Click Change plan and select Starter

    Choose the free Starter tier and review the feature limitations you will lose.

  4. Confirm the downgrade

    Paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period.

  • Export transcripts separately if on Business plan, as transcription requires a paid subscription.
