Go directly to italki cancellation page

  1. Sign in to italki

    Visit italki.com and log in with your email address and password.

  2. Go to Settings

    Click your profile picture in the top right corner and select 'Settings' from the dropdown menu.

  3. Refund unused credits

    Contact support.italki.com to request a refund of unused credits before deletion, as they cannot be recovered afterwards.

  4. Delete your account

    Scroll to 'Delete Account' at the bottom of Settings, click it, and enter your password to confirm permanent deletion.
